The Lutheran Health and Development Program exists because of the generous hearts for the Lord who desire to assist brothers and sisters in Christ in Zambia. With these contributions and donations, the program has grown and has been able to accomplish many things in Zambia among the LCCA.
If you or your organization is interested in contributing to the continued efforts of the Lutheran Health and Development Program, there are a number of ways to do so, namely through financial contributions and donations in-kind.
How can I send a financial contribution?
If you desire to send a financial contribution, you can do so through Mail and Online:
1. MAIL
All financial contributions can be submitted to the
WELS administrative office via mail.
Please send your contribution to:

Make checks payable to:
WELS – World Missions. Please indicate on the memo line: AF-Lutheran Health and Development Program. (You may also include a separate note designating the contribution is for AF- Lutheran Health and Development Program)
2. ONLINE
All financial contributions can be submitted online via the
WELS website:

This link will take you directly to the WELS Christian Giving web page. Please fill out the information on the page. Follow these instructions to ensure your contribution is received by the Lutheran Health and Development Program.
1. Fill out the “About You” section.
2. In the “About Your Gift” section under “Gift Designation” select ----WORLD MISSIONS----from the drop down list. (You do not need to select a subcategory)
3. In the “About Your Gift” section under “Comments” write Africa- Lutheran Health and Development Program.
4. Continue and follow the rest of instructions given on the WELS Christian Giving web page.
